Multiple times a week employees call in requesting a copy of their paystubs or W2. Whether for tax purposes or proving income while making a large purchase, having access to these documents is essential. While the payroll staff could print and send out this information request, current employees of Solution Services can log into the employee portal (ssihr.com) at any time and print or download their past paystubs and W2s.
Every employee is given a username when their information is loaded into the payroll program. The program sends the employee an email with their username and a temporary password. The employee can then go into the portal and change their password to something only they will know. Access to the portal is available 24/7 to employees as long as they are actively employed with Solution Services.
